In the eHÁZ system, we manage several types of rights, of which the auditor is the second most powerful: it makes available, practically on the same level as the common representative, payment and other data related to all owners, which allows us to obtain information 24 hours a day on the financial status of the condominium, on offers for certain renovation works, and on certain issues on which the owners vote through the system.
