1. How is billing done?

Regular, with monthly ex-post settlement. If a condominium is contracted, once a year for amounts below HUF 10,000/month, with advance payment. The annual system charge is invoiced until 30 April of the year in question. The issuer of the invoice shall provide for the possibility of quarterly instalments.

2. Do you really upload data for free? What data do I need to collect to start using this eHÁZ?

Yes, our staff will upload all the data so that you can start using all the features of the system. Once a contract has been signed, our colleagues will send you an email to our office@www.ehaz.hu with the information you need to collect and send to us in order to start using eHÁZ as soon as possible. In each case, our colleagues will indicate the deadline for recording the quantity of the substrate in question, together with the related data.

3. If I start using the eHÁZ but register the house back to 2013 in the eHÁZ, do I have to pay a retroactive fee?

No. You only have to pay a fee from the time you sign up, or only if you request a return service from one of our partner accountancy firms. There is no extra charge if you are carrying back previous years.

4. How is billing done? Do all sub-deposits count in the eHÁZ?

No. eHÁZ charges are only calculated on the basis of the main sub-deposit, which is automatically recorded in our system. So, we do not charge for garages, storage or apartments that are attached to another apartment (so that the costs are shown on one sheet for the cost bearer).

5. What is the guarantee that the monthly fee will not increase once I subscribe to the scheme?

The limit on the increase in the monthly fee is set in our user contract, which allows the monthly fee to increase once a year, up to the rate of inflation in the previous year. This has not happened in the last 5 years.

6. Why not a one-off fixed fee scheme?

Our experience in the market is that a fixed monthly fee system is much more difficult and less flexible for developers to expand than a micro-payment based monthly fee system. Our interest in the long term is to save condominium managers as much time as possible by using the system, thereby making their business more cost-effective and professional. This can also lead to greater satisfaction from residents, and the more satisfied residents there are, the more potential new homes condominium managers can see. Accordingly, each party will be most motivated if it can count on the cooperation and performance of the other on a monthly basis, which can only be sustained in the long term under this payment structure.
