eHÁZ is a fully cloud-based system, which means that no additional software or hardware is required.

eHÁZ FREE DOWNLOAD

We also provide a free data upload service for eHÁZ, which means that all condominium data - in whatever format it is available - will be uploaded free of charge to our customers when they switch to the system.

cHÁÁZ NUMBER

The eHÁZ software includes a NAV-compatible proprietary invoicing system, which from November 2020 will simplify invoice recording with a direct invoice request function from NAV.

eHÁZ MOBIL APP

The eHÁZ interface is also available on mobile phones for both condominium managers and residents through the eHÁZ app, which can be downloaded for free from Google Play or Apple Appstore.

eHÁZ ONCE AND TWO BOOKS

With the integrated, multi-element automated single and double-entry accounting module, eHÁZ users can perform accounting tasks faster and easier than ever before.

eHÁZ NAV AND BANKING

For condominiums managed in eHÁZ, there is no need for account recording or manual recording of bank statements. Invoices and bank statements received by the condominium are automatically received in eHÁZ.

cHÁZ MEASUREMENT AND RESULTS MANAGEMENT

Through the eHÁZ system, the balance sheets and profit and loss statements of the condominiums booked in each system can be generated in four clicks. An interesting feature is that it is also available for non-eHÁZ users, although in this case the user has to fill in the data manually from the existing accounting.

eHÁZ POSTA

In eHÁZ, all our users have the possibility to automate the sending of their chosen documents by normal, registered or recorded delivery mail, in such a way that the printing, enveloping and postage costs are invoiced to the house on the basis of the price list available here.

HOUSE FORUM

We organise regular events for eHÁZ users, with 100-120 people, to present the latest innovations to users. In addition to the presentation of new features of the system, a legal and accounting forum will provide an opportunity to discuss current professional issues with experts.

eHÁZ ELEARNING

E-learning is a state-of-the-art online learning platform that makes it quick and easy to get answers to your questions. Within each topic, the descriptions are accompanied by screenshots with detailed explanations to help you navigate the system. Customers can access the interface using their eHÁZ username at elearning.ehaz.hu.

HOUSE CONNECTION MANAGEMENT

With the eHÁZ online receivables management module, it is possible to efficiently collect and track individual arrears with just a few clicks within the eHÁZ system. The service does not require the involvement of a lawyer or notary and can be launched with a few clicks for eHÁZ users.
