Property managers' work is highly complex, something many residents, as non-specialists, do not see. Beyond being an excellent administration system, eHÁZ is also a communication platform connecting managers and residents. Residents can report faults and submit meter readings, saving time for both themselves and their property manager.
For audit committee members
eHÁZ offers several permission levels. The audit committee's access is the second highest, providing almost the same access as the property manager to payment and other information relating to all owners. Committee members can check the condominium's finances, renovation quotations and matters on which co-owners are voting through the system, 24 hours a day.
For residents
With the eHÁZ resident module, you can discuss condominium matters, start votes and submit meter readings anywhere, anytime. All you need is an internet-enabled device: a laptop, tablet or mobile phone. Log in with your own credentials to see your payments and other information about your condominium.
