eHÁZ Code of Ethics

This Code of Ethics is a collection of rules and standards intended to guide the resolution of ethical issues. Its values and associated rules apply to all employees, contracted staff, partners and clients of Info Sierra Kft.

Tasks in operating and developing our business must be organised with both internal and external considerations in mind. This Code reflects our expectations regarding conduct, morality and ethical values. Protecting these values is our shared interest. We can meet the long-term challenges of our competitive market only by accepting the obligations of moral responsibility at both individual and company level. Our reputation can be preserved only through integrity, honest business conduct and full compliance with the law.

Our employees, partners and clients must understand that
– this Code does not contain every legal rule governing conduct.
– this Code cannot provide guidance for every possible situation and topic. Anyone uncertain about how to assess a situation should seek advice from their line manager or the managing director of Info Sierra Kft.

Where the law sets stricter requirements, those requirements must be met.

In applying these principles in practice, attention must be paid to:
– compliance with legal requirements;
– the consequences of our conduct and actions, inside and outside the company, including for third parties;
– common sense and professionalism;
– observance of generally and socially accepted rules for appropriate conduct and social standards;
– independent judgement and a sense of right and wrong, particularly in one's own actions and motives.

Strengthening and preserving the ethical foundations of our business is a fundamental shared objective. Every colleague must embrace it and work accordingly. We also expect our contracted partners and clients to adopt these foundations, helping improve the public perception of the property management profession.
