eHÁZ FREE DATA ENTRY
We provide free data entry with eHÁZ: when you switch to the system, we enter all condominium data for you at no charge, whatever format it is available in.
eHÁZ INVOICING
eHÁZ includes its own invoicing system compatible with Hungary's tax authority, NAV. Since November 2020, direct invoice retrieval from NAV has made invoice management simpler.
eHÁZ MOBILE APP
Property managers and residents can also access eHÁZ on mobile devices through the free eHÁZ app available from Google Play and the Apple App Store.
eHÁZ SINGLE- AND DOUBLE-ENTRY BOOKKEEPING
The integrated single- and double-entry bookkeeping module automates many steps, enabling eHÁZ users to complete accounting tasks more quickly and easily than ever.
eHÁZ NAV AND BANK SYNCHRONISATION
Condominiums managed in eHÁZ do not need to enter invoices or bank statements manually: incoming invoices and statements arrive in eHÁZ automatically.
eHÁZ BALANCE SHEET AND INCOME STATEMENT
You can generate balance sheets and income statements for condominiums whose accounts are kept in eHÁZ with four clicks. This feature is also available to non-eHÁZ users, who must enter the figures manually from their existing accounting records.
Integrated email functionality
With one click in eHÁZ, you can send monthly charge notices, account statements, meeting invitations or individual announcements to every owner in every condominium. Property managers can check server-side email delivery within the system.
eHÁZ FORUM
We regularly organise events for 100–120 eHÁZ users to present our latest developments. Legal and accounting forums also let participants discuss current professional issues with experts.
eHÁZ artificial intelligence
The legal AI assistant in the eHÁZ property manager interface helps users stay informed. Residents can use an AI-powered text-based support service within the system.
eHÁZ DEBT COLLECTION
The eHÁZ online debt collection module lets you recover and track arrears efficiently with just a few clicks inside the system. Users do not need to arrange a lawyer or notary themselves; cases can be initiated in just a few clicks.
