How it works:

• Start a transaction: after providing some details, you will be asked to pay a transaction fee to start the process.
• Submission of the application: the generated application is submitted to the Chamber of Notaries within 24 hours of the start of the procedure, after verification by a lawyer.
• Issue: the notary then issues the order for payment and posts it to the debtor.
• Tracking: statuses and tasks can be found in one place within the eHÁZ interface.

How much does it cost?

The cost of the order for payment procedure (which includes the filing of the application, the preparation of the enforcement and the legal representation in connection with the filing of the application) can be charged in full to the debtor.

Price: net 24 990 HUF + 3%
