How it works:

• Start a case: enter a few details and pay the initiation fee to begin the process.
• Submit the application: following review by a lawyer, we submit the generated application to the chamber of notaries within 24 hours of initiation.
• Issue the order: the notary then issues the payment order and posts it to the debtor.
• Track progress: all statuses and tasks are available in one place within eHÁZ.

How much does it cost?

The cost of the payment order procedure, including submission of the application, preparation for enforcement and legal representation in connection with the application, can be charged in full to the debtor.

Fee: HUF 24,990 net + 3%
