1. Can I look back at the changes made to the house?

You have the possibility to save your history, to do this you first have to activate "Save activities in the house" by clicking on the "Other" tab in the basic settings of the house and then save this setting. Once you have made this change, an arrow will appear next to the house name and you can click on it to view the history.

2. Who can have access to the auditor and how?

The joint representative can give the right to an accountant to residents who already have eHÁZ access. Of course, this can be set up for several residents. In the condominium settings, you can specify under the officers tab who among the cost representatives already added should have the right to be an auditor. So first of all you have to add the person in the ACCOUNTING OFFICERS menu, assign him/her to his/her own sub-account and then enter his/her email address here as well, so that he/she can see not only the data of his/her own sub-account but also everything else. The auditor cannot of course modify the data.

3. What to do when changing the joint representative?

If there is a new joint representative and you would like to continue using the system, please send us the name of the house, the details of the new joint representative (name, address, email address), the signed contract with the new joint representative and the certified minutes of the general meeting with the valid resolution on the change of joint representative to our office@www.ehaz.hu. If the old joint representative had a contract with the eHÁZ, either the condominium or the new joint representative must sign a new contract in order to continue using the system.

4. Can the system handle the fact that a sub-deposit may have multiple owners with different percentages?

You know, several private individuals, companies, municipalities can be assigned to a sub-deposit by specifying the percentage of ownership, just as the cost bearers entered can be assigned to several sub-deposits.

5. Is it possible to register tenants separately or send them notifications through the system?

Of course, it is possible to specify, per sub-tenant, whether the tenant should receive the monthly regulations, notices, or only the owner should receive electronic or printed copies.

6. What does the resident or the auditor see from the data that has been recorded?

A tenant can only see the details of the sub-inserts belonging to him/her, but the auditor can see the details of all the tenants of the house he/she represents. The common representative can of course see and modify all the data of all the houses belonging to him.

7. How can I give access to residents?

In the Cost bearers tab, click on the cost bearer of your choice, then under the Access tab, you can enter the email address of the resident. After entering the email address, click on the SUBMIT ACCEPT button and save the sub-entry, the resident will then receive an automatic email from the HOA with his/her access details. It is recommended that you only give access to residents once all the data has been entered into the system, so that everyone can see relevant data once they have logged in.

8. The tenant calls saying that he has forgotten his password, how can he request a new password?

On the login page there is a "forgotten password" button, which the resident must press and then enter their email address. After that, you just have to press the "FORGOT" button ONCE and wait for the system to send the new password to the email address you entered. It is important that the resident enters the email address that is associated with his/her access and press the LOGIN button once.

9. Has the sub-deposit been sold, what is my option to transfer it to the new owner?

In the cost bearer menu in the settings of the sub-entry, you can enter the end date of the previous cost bearer's ownership status, thus closing it, and then record the new owner.

10. How do I handle changes of ownership between months?

The basis for the eHÁZ requirements is 1 month. If the change of ownership takes place during the month, the full monthly fee must be charged to the old owner and then a negative amount can be credited to him/her in an individual specification for the pro rata common charge. In the same way, the new owner should be required to pay the part of the previous fractional month in addition to the first full month required.

11. If a cost bearer has more than one sub-deposit and you want to receive a single piece of paper with all the specifications (e.g. municipalities), how should it be set up?

First you have to select a so-called "main" sub-deposit (which is a dwelling or business premises), then when you add a sub-deposit that you want to link to it (e.g.: garage), you do not set an owner in the cost bearer tab of the sub-deposit upload, but select "sub-deposit/collector". Then, in the scroll bar, you select the superior, main sub-deposit.

12. How can I register the arrears of the previous owner?

The old sub-deposit is archived (so that it will only appear in the accounts) and a completely new one is created, with the name of the new cost bearer.

13. Can I cancel my bank account?

You cannot modify bank account numbers unless you notify our customer service of your request for cancellation. For old live bank accounts, we recommend that you make the account inactive so that it does not disappear from the periods already booked. However, you can already set the inactivation of bank accounts in your bank account settings.

14. I have accidentally applied a sub-deposit twice, how can I delete it?

The deletion of a sub-insert is an administrator function, so it is essential that you write to our office at www.ehaz.hu and our colleagues will assist you. However, we recommend deleting the sub-deposit only in the case mentioned in the question, as deleting the sub-deposit will retroactively lose all the data relating to it.

15. Can I only write shorter texts on the message board? I can't see the previous postings, can't I view them?

You can write any amount of text on the message board. For longer texts, we recommend using the notifications/newsletters function. You can view the history of the message board by clicking on "All messages".

16. Do I have the possibility to register beneficiaries for sub-deposits?

Yes, when you record the cost bearer for the sub-deposit, you can also set its status (owner, beneficiary, property manager, tenant)

17. Why can't I record the water meter settings?

First, you need to record the meters, giving their ID and starting time. You can record the meters by clicking on the relevant sub-insert in the Meters tab.
